The Need
Families in Cuba are facing a serious food crisis.
The need is urgent and real. Harpeth Christian Church is partnering with IDES — International Disaster Emergency Service — to pack and ship 260,000 meal packages directly to communities in Matanzas, Cuba and the surrounding region.

Volunteers Pack
Hundreds of volunteers gather at Harpeth Christian Church on April 10–11 to pack 260,000 meal packages.
Container Loaded
Packed meals are loaded into a shipping container directly from Harpeth's campus.
Shipped to Cuba
The container travels to a Florida port and sails directly to Cuba — no middlemen.

Tony Fernandez, a trusted minister in Matanzas, oversees distribution to families and aligned churches.
On the Ground
Received by a trusted minister in Matanzas.
Tony Fernandez is a long-time, well-respected minister who has served God and the people of Cuba for years. He is fully aligned with the beliefs of Harpeth Christian Church.
Tony will personally oversee the distribution of meals to families in need across Matanzas and surrounding communities — and will share with other aligned ministers who will bless their own communities with these provisions.
Serve Days
April 10 & 11 — All hands on deck.
This is a great way for the whole family to serve together. Invite your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and anyone looking to make a real difference. We will need many volunteers.

Harpeth Christian Church — the container ships directly from our campus to a Florida port.
All Ages Welcome
Children ages 5 and up are welcome to volunteer. No childcare will be provided.
